1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all areas within Jordan, ensuring your orders reach you no matter where you are located.
International shipping is available; however, customers must contact us in advance to discuss shipping costs, delivery times, and order details before completing a purchase.
2. Delivery Fees
A fixed delivery fee of 3 JOD applies to all orders across Jordan. Customers must pay the delivery fee along with the order price at the time of checkout.
International shipping fees vary based on destination and order size and will be communicated upon inquiry.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on location and order size. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of service.
International delivery times will be discussed upon order confirmation.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth transaction.
5. Delivery Days
We offer delivery services from Sunday to Thursday. Please note that we do not deliver on Fridays and Saturdays to ensure our team can provide the best service during operational days.
6. Delivery Policy
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or the customer not being available, an additional delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
