    • All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include all applicable taxes.
    • Payments must be made in full before an order is processed, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
    • For COD orders, customers must have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
    • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We offer fast delivery across Jordan.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
    • Customers must pay the delivery fees along with the order price.

    5. Refunds & Returns

    • Refunds are only available if the customer returns the item in person at our store within 5 days of purchase.
    • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition as received.
    • Customers must pay for the order upon delivery, including the delivery fees.
    • Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the customer returns, exchanges, or requests a refund.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
    • Customers are responsible for using purchased products correctly and as intended.

    • Customer data is collected only for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
    • Payment details are securely processed via all major credit and debit cards, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).
